* Please be 5-10 minutes early to your appointment to ensure proper timing for your massage. If you are a new client and there is paperwork to complete we ask that you come 10-15min early.
**Reschedule/Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for the rescheduling or cancellation of any scheduled appointments including gift certificate sessions. Missed or no-show appointments will result in you being charged for the full amount of the session which was booked, unless the appointment can be filled. Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment as time cannot run into another customers appointed time. Full payment is still required for the appointed session.
Helpful tips for first time clients:
Communicate: Remember, this is "your" massage". If you have feedback on pressure, room temperature, music… let us know.
Sound Advice: Some people like to talk during a massage, while some prefer a non conversational atmosphere . Do what makes you feel best. We'll follow your lead.
